
Join us on Saturday, May 24th as we take on the hero workout Murph – a tradition that honors Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice in service.
Murph is more than just a workout – it’s a tribute. A test of mental and physical toughness. And a chance to come together as a community to remember, reflect, and grow stronger.
The Workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(with or without a 20 lb weight vest)
Scaling options will be available for all fitness levels. Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, we’ll meet you where you are.
8am Community Murph (Open to all)
10am First Responders, Veterans, and Active Duty
